We are now looking for you who want to work part-time as an escort/companion. Working as an escort can be combined with studies or another main occupation as there is no scheduled working hours but it is according to agreement with you as an escort and the customer.

About the position

As an escort, your main task is to accompany the customer to activities according to the customer's wishes. This means that you as an escort should provide support in various activities and create a safe framework in everyday life.

Our customer is a 17-year-old girl who lives in Falsterbo with her family. In her spare time, she likes to play computer games, is very interested in Japan, and loves cats.

She lives with an anxiety problem that affects how she feels and what she can or cannot do from day to day. Anxiety easily creates isolation, and therefore it is extremely important that you work in a motivating way to help her break it. Your tasks are fundamentally about supporting, encouraging, and helping her to participate in social and physical activities outside the home at her own pace.

We can offer you a hourly employment of 12 hours per month. There is no scheduled working time, but the hours are distributed flexibly according to agreement.

About you

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in working with people and want to be a safe support in her everyday life.

To fit into the role, we would like you to:

• Have an understanding of anxiety: It is an advantage if you have knowledge of what anxiety means, how it can affect a person in the moment, and how best to meet it with calm and security.

• Are motivating and creative: You are resourceful and have the ability to pep up and awaken interest when energy or courage fails.

• Are sensitive and flexible: You can easily sense the situation and have no problem changing course or interrupting what you are doing to prioritize her well-being and wishes.

Experience or formal education is not a requirement. Great importance is placed on personal suitability and chemistry – that you are engaged, reliable, caring, and have a good approach.

Compensation is paid in the form of hourly wages. Unless otherwise agreed, 12% holiday pay and shift allowance (OB) will be added. We follow the collective agreement between Kommunal/Vårdföretagarna.
