About Kurera Omsorg
Kurera Omsorg is a young and modern care company with three business areas: Personal Assistance, Individual and Family, and Rusta och Matcha. Our head office is located in Malmö, and we also have offices for personal assistance in Västervik and Stockholm.
Working in three different branches gives us great synergy effects. All our employees work in social work, but from different angles and with different backgrounds. This mix makes us both stronger and more innovative.
For us, our employees are everything. Without engaged, creative, and heartfelt colleagues, we are nothing. Therefore, we take every recruitment seriously and want to be there for our staff throughout their employment – with honest conversations, presence, and a genuine interest in everyone thriving and developing. When our employees feel good, our customers feel good too.
Kurera Omsorg can also offer social solutions that many other care companies find harder to implement. For example, we work with foster care placements involving personal assistance, and we create internship and job opportunities for placed youths and young adults. We have both specialized competence and a unique care fabric for children, youths, and adults.
We always strive to work with engagement, responsibility, innovation, and joy. We want to make a real difference.
We offer collective agreements, wellness benefits, and present managers. As an assistant, you work closely with your manager and have regular meetings with your work group.

Kurera Omsorg is looking for engaged and responsible personal assistants
Kurera Omsorg is looking for engaged and responsible personal assistants for an 8-year-old boy with autism who lives with his mother in Malmö.
The boy has extensive support needs and does not communicate verbally. He has 24/7 personal assistance, except for the time he spends at school and at a short-term residence for three days per month.
Since the assistance was recently expanded to 24/7, we are now building a new assistant team. We are therefore looking for you who want to be involved from the start and contribute to creating a safe, high-quality, and long-term sustainable assistance for both the child and his family.
We are primarily looking for you who have the possibility to work morning shifts as well as day and evening shifts. The position is a hourly employment that can then transition to fixed shifts in the basic schedule.
Qualifications
We would like you to have:
- Experience working as a personal assistant, preferably with children.
- Experience working with individuals with autism.
- A calm, secure, and professional approach.
Who are you?
To thrive in the role, we would like you to be an attentive, flexible, and responsible person who adapts easily to different situations and the individual's needs. You can work independently, take initiative when needed, and collaborate well with relatives and colleagues.
As part of our newly started assistant team, you will have an important role in working together with the project manager, relatives, and colleagues to build a well-functioning assistance with the child's needs and safety in focus.
Other
Employment requires a valid extract from the Police's criminal record register for work with children, in accordance with current legislation.
