Description
Perstorp Municipality is located in the heart of northern Skåne with good train connections to nearby towns such as Helsingborg and Hässleholm.
Are you a driven and engaged social worker? Perstorp Municipality is investing in the Individual and Family Care (IFO) and is now looking for five social secretaries for various roles within the Social Administration.
The authority consists of just over 20 employees and is responsible for the regulatory functions of social services in Perstorp Municipality.
The work is varied, independent, and social, with many collaboration partners. Working with the target groups often involves unforeseen events and requires you to adapt and adjust your work according to current circumstances. Working with the target groups also requires good communication skills.
We are now looking for a social secretary for the Children and Young People reception.
Social Secretary for Children and Young People Reception
The reception handles only applications and reports concerning children and young people. The assignment consists of receiving and processing incoming applications and reports, conducting child interviews as well as conversations with guardians, and making risk/safety assessments. The assignment also includes answering the reception phone as well as the VINR phone. You should contribute to ensuring that the work within the reception is conducted in a legally secure and high-quality manner.
Qualifications
- A Social Work degree (210 higher education credits).
- Category B driver's license.
Merits
- Experience in regulatory functions within IFO.
- Experience with the business system LifeCare.
