About the Position

Perstorp Municipality is located in the heart of northern Scania with good train connections to nearby towns such as Helsingborg and Hässleholm. Are you a driven and engaged social worker? Perstorp Municipality is investing in Individual and Family Care and is now seeking five social secretaries for various roles within the Social Administration.

The authority consists of just over 20 employees and is responsible for the exercise of public authority within social services in Perstorp Municipality. The work is varied, independent, and social, with many partners. Working with the target groups often involves unforeseen events and requires you to be able to adapt and adjust your work to current circumstances. Working with the target groups also requires good communication skills.

We are now looking for two social secretaries for the adult department.

Job Responsibilities: Social Secretary for Adults within Individual and Family Care

The Adult Group works with issues concerning:

• Harmful use and addiction
• Social psychiatry
• Violence in Intimate Relationships (VINR)

Your duties include, among other things, conducting investigations according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Care of Abusers Act (LVM), as well as follow-up of granted interventions. The work also includes planning and participation in meetings, care planning, and follow-ups. You work closely with colleagues within the administration, colleagues in other administrations, families, and external partners to create the best possible conditions for the individual to receive the support they need.

You should contribute to ensuring that the work within the Adult department is conducted in a legally secure and high-quality manner.

Qualifications

• A degree in Social Work (210 higher education credits).
• Category B driver's license.

Merits

• Experience of exercising public authority within social services.
• For the position of social secretary for adults, it is meritorious if you have experience working with ASI and Freda.
• Experience with the business system LifeCare.
