I am looking for you to be my personal assistant

I am a young woman who needs your support in daily life. I have limited ability to take care of myself, activate myself, and plan my day. Your workplace is wherever I am. I live in a house with a large garden together with my husband, daughter, and our three dogs.

Expectations and requirements for you as my personal assistant

As my personal assistant, you need to be my right hand. You will help me find the right path, understand, and interpret my wishes and needs. You will be an important part of my daily life.

I need you to manage daily life. You should be calm, stress-resistant, stable, and grounded. A large, genuine interest in providing me with the care I need to live a meaningful life is crucial. You should be motivating, patient, and highly solution-focused.

It is a basic requirement that you are present, engaged, and have a high intuitive ability to read me, understand me, and my needs. You must have the ability to stay one step ahead in various situations. You are cheerful, positive, inclusive, and humble in your role as a personal assistant. The age should be 35 years or older.

Key success factors in meeting my needs are that you are receptive, empathetic, and have good knowledge within care and nursing, as this is a significant need in my daily life. It is of utmost importance that you plan the day's content together with me, based on my daily condition.

Personal suitability, as well as high and broad knowledge and experience within care and nursing, are advantageous.

Personal chemistry between you and me is an important selection criterion. This factor weighs heaviest when offering the position.

The position and working hours

The position corresponds to approximately 50 %.

The working hours are primarily scheduled between approx. 07:00–22:00 every day of the week, but night shifts also occur. Working hours are planned well in advance in collaboration with me and you. I would appreciate it if you are flexible and can step in when needed.
