We are looking for a Service Manager who, together with us, wants to shape and drive our operations in freight, warehousing, and logistics forward. About the role
As a Service Manager in the warehouse, you are responsible for daily operations and ensure that work is performed in accordance with the requirements, routines, and working methods in place. The role involves being supportive and, in collaboration with others in the warehouse, improving and developing current working methods and routines to meet the business's needs. Duties include ordering, receiving inspections, issuing materials to customers, and conducting inventory. You will also report to relevant monitoring systems and work with freight receiving, including loading and unloading.
The position is located in Linköping.
About you
We require you to have a completed upper secondary education.
To succeed in this role, we would appreciate experience in logistics, freight, transport, and warehouse management. It is an advantage if you have worked with the Swedish Armed Forces' aviation material and held a supervisory role.
To succeed in the job, you need experience from service work with many customer contacts, as this is part of the daily work.
You need to have good computer skills and experience working in digital tools. It is meritorious if you have current experience with the military operation and maintenance monitoring systems LIFT and PRIO, as well as Fenix. Furthermore, it is positive if you have current experience working in the operation and maintenance system CAMP. It will be important that you have knowledge of how to send dangerous goods by road and air. If you also have an ADR certificate for freight handling/road transport and a forklift license, this is meritorious.
You have good knowledge of Swedish and English and should be able to express yourself well both orally and in writing. It is also important that you have a B driver's license. We would appreciate that you have good skills in the Office package.
