Then the position as Care Assistant/Nurse Aide at Ekbackens Care Home might be for you!

We are now expanding our operations and are looking for seven new colleagues who want to become part of our community. The positions are permanent employment with an employment rate of 75-100%, where working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekends.

You will work to create opportunities for social interaction and participate in various social activities. The role includes various care tasks, such as assistance with mobility, personal hygiene, household chores, and medical interventions. We work based on IBIC (Individual Needs in Focus) with the individual's best interests at the forefront. Our work is also characterized by a salutogenic approach, where we focus on health and bring out the person's own abilities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity for development in your position and will be assigned as a permanent care contact for some of our residents.
