Your new job

As a psychologist at the Municipal Health Service, you are part of our team consisting of both psychologists and behavioral scientists who work with organizational and social working environments. In your role as a psychologist, you act as a support for employees and managers in Jönköping Municipality's operations and affiliated companies. Through dialogue, you design interventions that best meet the customers' needs. You work at the individual, group, and organizational levels. Common tasks include supportive individual conversations, group development initiatives, conflict management, lectures, coaching for managers, interventions within the framework of work-oriented rehabilitation, and working environment assessments.

This is a role for you who want to combine psychological competence with business development and who are motivated by making a difference for people in working life.

Your qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist and have a strong interest in work and organizational psychology, or alternatively have similar competence. It is meritorious if you have completed or started a specialist education in work and organizational psychology. We consider it highly meritorious if you have experience of working in occupational health services as well as experience of individual and group interventions. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and are looking for a person who has a strong drive, is engaged, goal-oriented, and structured. You also have good social and communicative skills and are good at building trusting relationships with both colleagues and customers.

Good to know

Employment degree 100% or according to agreement. The position involves travel within the municipality, which means you should have a driver's license.

Working hours on non-holiday weekdays 8–17. We apply flexible working hours agreements.
