We are looking for someone with experience in sales and service, preferably combined with several years of work in a café or patisserie. At the same time, we know that personality, attitude, and engagement are just as important. Therefore, we place great emphasis on who you are and how you fit into our team.

We believe you are a positive, responsible, and service-oriented person who enjoys taking responsibility and leading by being actively involved in the operations. You collaborate easily, are unpretentious, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed. For you, it is natural that every guest should feel welcome and leave the patisserie with a smile.

About the position

As the store manager, you lead the daily operations in the shop and serving area together with a wonderful team. You are a natural support for your colleagues, ensure that the business runs smoothly, and contribute to a work environment where both guests and employees thrive. You are also responsible for the induction and training of new employees and ensure that our routines and the high quality we are known for are maintained.

Daily tasks also include sales and service, where you help our guests with everything from freshly baked bread and buns to cakes, sandwiches, and other products from our patisserie.

About Ahlströms Konditori

Ahlströms Konditori was founded in 1901 and is Gothenburg's oldest patisserie. For over 120 years, generations of Gothenburg residents have visited us to enjoy freshly baked pastries, bread, and sandwiches of the highest quality.

All our production is done by hand with carefully selected ingredients in our own bakery and patisserie, one floor above the shop. Today, we are around 25 employees who together maintain a unique craft and a long tradition – while continuing to develop the business for the future.
