Job Description

The Urban Maintenance unit within the Municipal Technical Services is looking to expand its team. Here, you will help maintain Malmö's outdoor environments: parks, streets, squares, beaches, and areas around public buildings. We are looking for someone who wants to work with graffiti removal and cleaning within Malmö Municipality.

Tasks include removing graffiti using high-pressure equipment and hot water, using chemicals, and handling customer center cases on an iPad. You will be part of a small work team, which requires good teamwork skills and attentiveness. Some assignments will be carried out from boats and lifts. Shift work may occur.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a high school education. Further education in the field is meritorious.

We look for you who have work experience from graffiti removal or cleaning work, or other relevant experience. For us, a high service spirit is very important. Therefore, we have high expectations of your good service sense and ease in meeting others, as well as a sense of responsibility and pride in your professional performance.

Some assignments may involve more independent work, which requires that you have the ability to plan how the assignment should be carried out and that you take own initiatives based on the assignment description.

Requirements for the position are a B driver's license and basic knowledge of the Swedish language. You must understand oral and written instructions. You have basic technical skills regarding the use of iPads.
