Job Description

The tasks are varied and consist of both team work and independent work. You will perform functional assessments, mobilization, and training on the ward. A large part of the work also takes place in the outpatient clinic, primarily with orthopedic patients, but also with other patient groups. Since we work with both outpatient and inpatient care, there are good opportunities to develop the operations and yourself within the profession. A good introduction is a matter of course for us.

About the Workplace

The Medical Clinic in Fagersta consists of a medical clinic, rehabilitation, a ward, and a mobile close-care team/AH-team. At the Rehabilitation Unit, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, counselors, dietitians, speech therapists, and nurses work.

Legislated personnel working towards the ward have a salary supplement of 3,000 SEK/month.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist and would like to see that you have experience working as a physiotherapist. It is meritorious if you have experience and knowledge about the care planning process and from work on a ward. Our work is governed by documents that are often in Swedish, so you need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both in speech and in writing. It is also meritorious if you have worked with the medical record system Cosmic.

Since the work and conditions may change, you need to be able to adapt to new circumstances and quickly change your mindset. You are calm and controlled in stressful situations and can focus on the right things. Your ability to work together with other people is good, and you listen and communicate clearly. You are interested and driven regarding the development of the work.

Terms of Employment

Fixed-term employment with the possibility of permanent employment. Full-time. Fagersta.
