How you contribute as a Technical Salesperson
As a Technical Salesperson, you are responsible for the sales and development of technical solutions within district heating and district cooling. The assignment is to combine technical competence with business acumen and ensure that customers receive the right solution, clear decision-making support, and a professional business process from first contact to contract.
You are responsible for the company's customer portfolio within corporate customers and housing associations, driving technical sales dialogue, business cases, and advisory services. The role is part of the business delivery for district heating and cooling and takes place in close collaboration with AO Energi, KAM, as well as project and technical functions.
Common tasks in the role:
- Drive technical sales of district heating and cooling solutions.
- Be responsible for technical and business dialogue with the housing association (BRF) segment.
- Identify customer needs and match them with relevant solutions.
- Prepare technical and economic decision-making support.
- Conduct energy calculations and power calculations.
- Drive business from first contact to contract.
- Participate in new connections and reconstructions.
- Collaborate with project and technical specialists.
- Ensure clear advice regarding pricing models and terms.
- Contribute customer insights to product and business development.
- Participate in the development of sales plans.
- Report and register deviations in the deviation management system.
- Follow current routines and instructions.
- Develop your own professional competence.
- Work towards the company's and unit's goals.
Your competence and experience
We are looking for you who have:
- Relevant post-secondary education, or experience we assess as equivalent.
- Experience in technical sales or projects within energy/real estate.
- Knowledge of heat and cooling technical installations.
- Experience with energy calculations and decision-making support.
- Very good Swedish in speech and writing.
- Class B driver's license.
We consider it meritorious if you have:
- Experience with customer contacts and business dialogue.
- Good understanding of business principles.
- Good knowledge of Adobe tools.
- Good English in speech and writing.
To succeed in the role, you need to be business-minded and have a natural way of building relationships. You are service-oriented, take initiative, and work in a structured manner. Collaborating with others is second nature to you.

Salary: Monthly salary. Individual and differentiated salary setting is applied.
Terms: Salary benefits beyond the monthly salary follow the applicable collective agreement.

Benefits: Our benefits include a wellness allowance of 3,500 SEK/year for employment longer than 6 months, reduced working hours according to the collective agreement, 63 hours + 9 hours (allocated to pension), which are selectable in free time, money, or pension allocation (issued in parity with how long you work during the year and with an employment period of more than 3 months), one wellness hour per week, and occupational health care.
