Our client, through Lernia, is now looking for several machine operators for a growing operation in Piteå. This is a role where you will work in a team, use technical understanding, and be involved in maintaining high quality in production.

About the role

As a machine operator, you are responsible for the operation and monitoring of production equipment, as well as ensuring that production runs according to plan. You work in shifts together with the rest of the production team and contribute to delivering products according to quality and safety requirements.

The role involves daily control of machines, minor adjustments and maintenance, as well as reporting deviations and improvement suggestions. You will collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and colleagues to ensure an efficient and safe working environment.

Responsibilities

In the role of machine operator, you will among other things:

• Monitor and control machines and production lines
• Perform daily checks, simple maintenance, and cleaning
• Ensure that products meet quality requirements and document results
• Report deviations and participate in improvement work
• Follow safety routines and contribute to a good working environment

About you

We are looking for someone who is practical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a production environment. Experience from similar work is advantageous, but we also welcome those who are new to the industry and eager to learn. It is important that you are responsible, communicative, and able to collaborate in a team.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• Experience from industrial or production work, preferably as a machine operator
• Technical understanding and the ability to follow instructions and drawings
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Certified crane operator (Traverskort) is an advantage
