Physiotherapist for Storvreta Health Centre

Storvreta Health Centre has a well-functioning physiotherapy clinic currently run by two experienced and appreciated physiotherapists. As one of them is moving on, we are looking for a new team member who wants to become part of our team and contribute to continued good care and development.

Here, you will work broadly within primary care and meet patients of different ages with varying needs. You will become an important part of a cross-professional collaboration where the patient is always at the center.

Our Operations

Storvreta Health Centre belongs to the Department of Close Care and Health, Region Uppsala, and is located in a community north of Uppsala. The health centre is centrally located in Storvreta. You can easily get here via the Upptåget train, which takes 8 minutes from Uppsala. There is also a bike path from central Uppsala if you prefer a more active alternative on a nice summer day.

We offer most services within primary care, and everyone at the health centre works to provide our patients with the best possible care. We currently have approximately 80–100 registered patients and are a work group of 37 employees. The operations are constantly developing, and we continuously work on improvements with a focus on patient needs and a good working environment for our employees.

Your Role

Together with your colleague, you will continue to develop the physiotherapy operations at Storvreta Health Centre. We offer the possibility of flexible work within the framework of your assignment. Approximately 40% of the position involves duties as a rehabilitation coordinator (REKO), where you are responsible for coordinating rehabilitation efforts and providing support in the sick leave and rehabilitation process. Experience in similar work is meritorious. We would appreciate it if you had a special interest in women's health as well as experience in investigating and treating patients with dizziness.

Your Qualifications

You are a licensed physiotherapist and have prior experience from primary care.

We also look for someone who is proactive in their work, takes responsibility for their professional development, and feels secure in their role as a physiotherapist.

What We Offer

A permanent full-time position (100%) where the rehabilitation coordinator role is included at 40%.
