About Us

We are Nordiska StädKompaniet – a small, personal cleaning company in Stockholm with a 4.7 ★ rating on Google. We believe in security and quality: the same cleaner returns to the same customer every time, we work according to clear checklists, and our customers always know who to contact. We are now growing and looking for more meticulous home cleaners who want to be part of building something good.

About the Role

You will clean private homes around Stockholm. You will work from a checklist for each job and have regular contact with the customers – therefore, it is important that you can speak Swedish fluently and perform careful, independent work that we can trust.

Your responsibilities include:

• Home cleaning for private customers according to our checklist
• Vacuuming, floors, kitchen, bathroom, and surfaces
• Maintaining a consistent, high quality so that the customer is satisfied every time
• Simple contact with the customer on-site

We are looking for you who (requirements)

• Have at least 2 years of experience in home cleaning (private homes – not solely commercial, office, or retail cleaning)
• Speak Swedish fluently – you have daily contact with customers and must be able to understand and communicate without problems
• Have a Swedish personal identity number and the right to work in Sweden
• Are meticulous, reliable, and able to follow a checklist independently
• Can get to customers in Stockholm using public transport

We are a smoke-free company and offer a smoke-free work environment.

Merits

• Experience with window cleaning or move-out cleaning
• Used to working in a system where you travel to different customers and follow a work list

Employment & Conditions

• Hourly wage 140–160 SEK/hour depending on experience
• We usually start with a probationary employment, with the possibility of growing to full-time.
• Official employment – salary and tax according to law
• Start: immediately / according to agreement
• Location: Stockholm and surrounding areas
