We are establishing a business focused on validating professional competence in cleaning services, in collaboration with the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). Our goal is to help job seekers have their skills assessed and documented according to industry standards.

About the Role

We are looking for an SRY-approved professional assessor within the cleaning sector for part-time employment or consultancy assignments.

The role is flexible and can be combined with other employment. Assignments are planned in consultation with you and can be carried out as needed, depending on the number of participants and geographical location.

We welcome applications from all over Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills mapping and competence assessments within cleaning services.
• Assess participants according to SRY guidelines and the validation model.
• Document results and prepare necessary supporting materials and statements.
• Participate in quality assurance of the validation process.
• Collaborate with the business manager and other stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Approved SRY professional assessor.
• Documented experience within cleaning services.
• Good ability to document and communicate in Swedish.
• Good computer skills.
