At our company, a dedicated and competent team works together, possessing cross-professional knowledge. Thanks to our continued growth, we are now looking for an occupational therapist who wants to help further develop our team (75–100 %).

About the Role

As an occupational therapist, you will work in a team together with physiotherapists, nurses, assistant nurses, and home care staff, which is why good collaboration skills are a crucial part of the role.

You will work with clients over the age of 65, conducting assessments and interventions in their homes. This may include rehabilitative and health-promoting measures, ADL (Activities of Daily Living) assessments, assistive device fittings, and assessments for home adaptations. We work with a person-centered approach and a holistic perspective, where the individual's combined needs are at the center.

Your Qualities

We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist with experience working in home nursing.

To thrive with us, you should be a secure and proactive person who can create engagement and motivation in the work. You have clear communication skills and a structured way of working, enabling you to handle both planned and acute situations. You work from a clear client perspective and actively contribute to developing the operations with the client's best interests in focus.

Great importance will be placed on your personal suitability and ability to collaborate with both colleagues and clients.

The start date for the assignment is by agreement. The employment type is permanent with a 6-month probation period.
