About T-Emballage

T-Emballage AB is an established player focused on developing and offering packaging solutions for the Nordic industry.

We work with all types of materials and optimize your products, transport, and flows throughout the entire chain. Together we can develop your ideas, make logistics more logical – and reduce the climate impact.

Currently, the organization consists of 30 employees with offices in Vetlanda and Jönköping. T-Emballage is part of Salix Group, which is a business group within the publicly listed parent company Volati AB.

Focus of your role

As Finance Manager, you have overall responsibility for the company's finances and are an important part of the management team. The role combines strategic work with operational responsibility, where you both support and challenge the business regarding issues related to growth, profitability, and governance.

You function as a close support to the management and translate business strategies into analyses, forecasts, and decision support. At the same time, you ensure that daily financial management maintains high quality. You have a small finance team at your disposal, where you actively work on developing processes, creating structure, and building an efficient and business-oriented finance function.

What we are looking for

We don't know who you are – yet, but we have a good idea of what you bring with you from previous experience:

• You have an academic education in economics and experience from a similar role where you have worked both strategically and operationally.
• Experience in financial control, analysis, and follow-up.
• Experience working with budgeting, forecasting, and annual accounts.
• Experience in change management and process development.
• Experience working closely with management and contributing to business-related issues.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
