Viljan Tallbackagården is located in a scenic natural area in Taberg, just outside Jönköping. The facility offers a home-like and secure environment for adult men and women aged 20 and above with mental disabilities, such as psychotic illnesses, affective disorders, neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPD), and certain co-morbidities.
Viljan Tallbackagården has a total of 24 places. Of these, 17 are short-term places with collective housing, and 7 places are BmSS places with private apartments.
Our approach is motivating and supportive, with a strong focus on building trusting relationships to promote participation and security. The work is based on the assignment from the placing authority, where the client – together with and with the support of their contact person – participates in designing, implementing, and following up on individual support measures.
The facility has a cross-professional team consisting of an assistant operations manager, nurse, occupational therapist, support assistants, cook, and caretaker. A specialist doctor is attached to the facility on a consulting basis.
Description of the Operations Manager positionIn the role of Operations Manager, you work independently to drive, lead, and develop the operations. You will have access to an established and proven concept based on effective quality work and systematic working environment efforts. In your assignment, you have support from regional resources as well as central functions within quality, economics, marketing, and HR.
You report directly to the Regional Manager and are part of a competent and engaged leadership team where collaboration, support, and experience sharing contribute to your success in the role.
Main ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the operational management of the facility, including personnel responsibility and staffing planning
Drive and develop ongoing quality and operational development work
Ensure compliance with current agreements, assignments, and regulations
Monitor occupancy in relation to budget and set goals, and collaborate with the sales function
Education as a social worker, behavioral scientist, or other relevant higher education degree of at least 180 credits in healthcare and social care, or alternatively other education assessed as equivalent and qualifying for registration with IVO (manager of the facility)
Experience of working in social care operations and documented leadership experience
Experience of budget work and financial monitoring/analysis/prognosis
Flexible, responsible, and with good collaboration skills
Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Valid driver's license
Previous experience of working in private social care operations
