Versatile Handyman for Krylbo – Immediate Start

Previous experience is desired
We offer rental of premises and apartments throughout Sweden. The rentals cover both short-term and long-term periods. Our tenants are both Swedish and international. For our property in Krylbo, we are now looking for a versatile handyman.
The responsibilities will include, among other things:
- Repairs to floors, windows, doors, walls, and ceilings.
- Deep cleaning.
- Maintenance and repairs.
- Ensuring the property maintains a high standard outdoors, including work with brush cutters and care for all outdoor areas (approx. 8,700 sqm).
The work may involve some heavy lifting, which requires the employee to be physically fit.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is handy and can work well both in a team and independently.
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working.
- Is an entrepreneurial person.
