Professionals Nord is now looking, for one of our client companies within infrastructure in Boden, for a Project Coordinator who wants to support the project organization through planning, monitoring, and reporting. You will become an important part of the project team and contribute to ensuring that projects follow set schedules and goals.

Information about the position

Professionals Nord is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Project Coordinator within project management. The assignment is part of our temporary staffing service. You are initially employed as a consultant at Professionals Nord during the first 6 months. The ambition from both Professionals Nord and the client company is thereafter a direct employment with the client, provided the collaboration works well.

About the role

In the role, you work closely with project managers and other project functions to monitor project progress and prepare decision support materials. You are responsible for compiling reports, analyzing project data, and contributing to effective project management.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Supporting the project team with planning and monitoring of projects.
• Creating and updating reports and presentations.
• Compiling and analyzing project data and monitoring project progress.
• Administering and maintaining project and planning documentation.
• Contributing to the development and improvement of working methods, report templates, and processes.
• Collaborating with several functions to ensure effective project implementation.

We are looking for you who

Have a post-secondary education in engineering, construction, project management, industrial economics, economics, or another relevant area. You are either a recent graduate or have a few years of experience in project administration, project planning, or project management.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A structured and analytical working style with a good eye for detail.
• Ability to compile and present information in a clear and professional manner.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you have experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Primavera P6, or other project and planning tools.

As a person, you are curious, responsible, and solution-oriented. You thrive working in a team, find it easy to collaborate with different functions, and are motivated by developing within project management and planning. You take initiative, work methodically, and are happy to contribute to improving working methods and processes.
