The cleaning department is part of Region Services and consists of approximately 120 dedicated employees distributed across five departments. Together, we work with quality, responsibility, and pride in what we do.

In the role of a cleaner, you primarily work with cleaning of care wards and clinics, where you meet both patients and staff in your daily routine. We are currently specifically looking for you who want to work with deep cleaning.

The work involves early mornings, which means you need to enjoy starting the day early and be energetic and ready when the workday begins. Your working hours will be as follows:

• Monday–Friday 06:00–15:00 (including 60 minutes break)
• Weekends 06:00–12:30 (including 30 minutes break)

Responsibilities

The work is varied and includes both daily cleaning in our premises and more extensive deep cleaning. In your daily work, you are responsible for keeping patient rooms, operating theaters, corridors, waiting rooms, and other common areas clean and pleasant, as well as offices and administrative premises.

An important part of the role is deep cleaning, where you contribute to keeping our premises in long-term good condition. Duties include dusting, wall stain removal, and floor care in wards, clinics, and common areas. You will also participate in construction and moving cleaning when needed.

In addition to cleaning, you also perform service tasks on behalf of the operations, such as orders and unpacking of laundry and consumables, all to create a functional and well-organized care environment.

The work is physical and can sometimes be demanding, which means you need to have good physical fitness and enjoy moving around during the workday. At the same time, we place great emphasis on creating a good work environment and a sustainable working life for our employees.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who thrive in a service-oriented role and want to contribute to a clean, safe, and well-functioning care environment. To work with us, you must be at least 18 years old, and previous experience in service occupations is meritorious. As a person, you are reliable, flexible, and have an easy time collaborating with others. You are structured in your approach to work, have an eye for order and details, and take responsibility for your tasks.

To succeed in the role, we also see that you:

• Have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as the work follows clear written guidelines
• Enjoy physically active work and have good physical fitness
• Have computer skills
