About the Role

Do you want to work in a supporting role with administrative tasks and contribute to social benefit at the same time? Then this might be the job for you! We are currently looking for a service-oriented administrator for one of our stationary clients.

The role of administrator involves close collaboration with the client, other contractors, and Securitas personnel on-site.

For example, you will:

• Handle signal protection and cryptographic keys.
• Administer, program, and be responsible for access cards.
• Conduct short security training sessions with internal staff.
• Support staff in questions related to your area, on-site as well as via phone and email.

Requirements

We are looking for you who have a high school education with passing grades in Swedish, as well as good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Since some driving may be required in the work, a valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

You have good computer skills, technical ability, and experience working with Office programs. Experience with administrative tasks and an educational background in administration, signal protection, or similar is meritorious. It is also meritorious if you have experience in security-related work that the employer deems relevant.

Greatest weight will be placed on your personal suitability for the position.

As a person, you are honest, helpful, and vigilant. You are used to structuring and driving your work tasks forward. Furthermore, you have the ability to build good relationships both internally and externally, as well as good communication skills. A good attitude towards others comes naturally to you. We also see that you are an entrepreneurial person who delivers results and is solution-oriented.

Security Clearance

Please note that the position is classified and implies that you will undergo a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585). To investigate and assess whether you meet the requirements to be approved according to current regulations, security interviews, background checks, and register checks will be conducted. The assessment aims to investigate law-abidingness, suitability, reliability, loyalty, and any vulnerabilities according to the Security Service's regulations and guidelines. Information obtained may come from yourself, open sources, or authorities. We apply a holistic assessment of you, your life situation, and financial circumstances when testing your suitability.

In some cases, a corresponding check may be made of the person you live with or have a similar relationship with.

To be considered for the position, it is therefore required (at a minimum) that:

• You do not appear in the Police Authority's various registers, e.g., suspicion register, criminal record, etc.
• You have a clean financial record; no payment defaults, unregulated debts, do not appear with debt collection agencies or the Swedish Enforcement Authority.

• The position is a part-time employment, 50%, with start date according to agreement. We apply a 6-month probation period.
• The working hours are daytime, Monday–Friday mornings, the work takes place at the workplace.
