About the role of Remediation Technician

As a remediation technician at Ocab, you support various types of remediation assignments. You function as an additional resource and perform practical tasks according to the foreman's instructions.

The work is varied and may involve assignments related to fire, mold, oil, graffiti, nicotine, and loose material remediation. The role suits you if you enjoy physical work and like working in different environments.

Examples of tasks:

• Packing, carrying, and handling loose materials
• Performing simple remediation and cleaning
• Assisting with remediation after fire and water damage
• Working according to instructions and current safety regulations
• Being a flexible resource for the team as needed

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is responsible, flexible, and has a strong work ethic. You thrive in a practical role where you can work physically and contribute to the team's results.

Requirements for the position

• Another main occupation of at least 50% - e.g., studies, another job, etc.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Category B driver's license and access to a car
• Good physical fitness
