Responsibilities

As a Quality Manager, you have a central specialist role with significant responsibility. You drive and develop quality work and ensure that production and analysis activities maintain high quality and meet requirements according to accreditation, internal procedures, and customer demands. Initially, the role combines quality work with work in the laboratory's production, gradually transitioning to a dedicated quality role.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Responsibility for the department's quality work
• Ensuring the business meets requirements according to accreditation and internal procedures
• Managing deviations, root cause analysis, and improvement work
• Working with statistical follow-ups and analyses, such as measurement uncertainty and trend analyses
• Participating in internal and external audits
• Supporting the business with quality and process issues
• Driving process development and improvement projects

You enjoy taking responsibility, are solution-oriented, and collaborate easily with others. Furthermore, you are communicative and motivated by developing processes and contributing to continuous improvements.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in natural sciences or engineering
• At least two years of experience in quality work
• Experience with quality methodology, statistics, and calculations
• Good analytical skills and computer literacy
• Experience in process and improvement work
• Experience in project management and/or process development

Merits:

• Experience from production or laboratory activities
• Experience with accredited activities, for example according to ISO 17025
• Experience with audits and deviation management
• Experience in leading development and improvement projects
