Aleja AB is a staffing company primarily operating in Stockholm. We provide 24/7 on-call service to our clients, meaning we have assignments available around the clock. We staff positions across a wide range of industries – including transport and warehousing, construction and demolition, decontamination and cleaning, as well as other physically demanding roles that require no prior experience or specific qualifications.

Working with us offers you the opportunity to either stay with a single client for an extended period, or quickly build solid work experience through various short-term, intensive assignments. We are looking for someone who is early-rising, flexible, and unafraid of trying new things or meeting new people. Here, you’ll have the chance to work in areas such as warehousing, decontamination, assembly, heavy labor, and demolition.

To be employed as temporary staff at Aleja, you must be a student and provide a valid proof of enrollment. Alternatively, you can support yourself through another primary occupation, such as a different part-time job. Are you a student looking to earn some extra money? You’ve come to the right place!

Aleja’s Emergency Response Team is now recruiting new members. Our team steps in whenever urgent assistance is needed at client sites – for example, due to staff illness, unexpected workload spikes, or other emergency assignments. It is essential that you can commit to at least two full weekdays per week (excluding weekends or short shifts) so we can offer you stable work opportunities. We prefer applicants who are enrolled in a longer-term education program with at least one year remaining.
