Être is looking for a bartender for our new French bistro on Lilla Torg in Malmö.

We are seeking a bartender with a passion for classic cocktails, excellent service, and a genuine interest in people. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take responsibility, and want to be an integral part of a tight-knit team.

Who we’re looking for:

Experience as a bartender
Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure
Social, positive, and professional attitude
Enjoys collaboration and contributes to a strong team spirit
Proud of your craft and always puts the guest first
Interest in wine, cocktails, and beverage knowledge
