From renovating apartments to adapting premises for our tenants, your role will be both varied and impactful. Some general property maintenance may also be included.

Responsibilities

• Renovations in rental apartments – kitchens, bathrooms, surface finishes, etc.
• Premises adaptations – from floor plans and wall installations to final completion.
• General property maintenance and upkeep. We are a supportive team where everyone helps each other out!

The role includes corrective repairs, ongoing maintenance, and ensuring high-quality results and satisfied tenants. We therefore expect you to have a genuine service-oriented mindset and at least 5 years of experience as a carpenter.

This is a full-time position with a 6-month probation period. Start date is immediate or by agreement.
