Do you want to work in a growing international company where you play a key role in supporting marketing and sales? Our confidential client is now looking for a Marketing & Sales Coordinator.

About the Role

You will become part of an experienced marketing team and work operationally to coordinate, produce, and follow up on marketing and sales activities. This role is perfect for you if you are structured, self-driven, and thrive on getting things done.

The work is performed in a hybrid model with at least two days per week in the office. The workplace is located in Spånga, Stockholm.

Responsibilities

• Produce and publish content for digital channels and the intranet
• Support the sales organization with presentations, product materials, and campaigns
• Coordinate printed materials, promotional items, and simpler purchases
• Plan and support events and marketing activities
• Ensure marketing materials adhere to the graphic profile
• Monitor KPIs and create simple reports
• Contribute to digital marketing initiatives and ongoing marketing activities

Who We Are Looking For

• Approximately 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or sales support
• Structured, detail-oriented, and accustomed to coordinating multiple activities simultaneously
• Experience with content production and digital publishing
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Thrives in an international environment and has strong collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from B2B or technical products
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with CMS, intranets, or digital platforms
• Experience with KPI tracking and LinkedIn
