About the Role

At Northmill, we build technology that makes banking services simpler and better. To enable our employees to deliver top performance, they need a modern, secure, and well-functioning IT environment.

We are now looking for an IT Support Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for our internal IT support area. This role combines strategic responsibility with operational work, meaning you will both drive the development of our internal IT delivery and personally assist our employees in daily support tasks.

This is a role for you if you thrive on improving processes, creating structure, and appreciate being close to the business operations. You will own processes, tools, and working methods while also working operationally within the support team.

Among other things, you will:

• Own and develop the internal IT support function
• Ensure efficient processes for incident, problem, and case management
• Prioritize, coordinate, and follow up on support cases
• Provide first- and second-line support for hardware, software, accounts, and access
• Be responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding
• Manage IT equipment and its lifecycle, including purchasing, inventory, and asset management
• Administer identity and access management
• Manage and develop our endpoint management solutions
• Create documentation, routines, and knowledge articles
• Drive improvement initiatives to streamline support and enhance security
• Collaborate closely with Security, Engineering, and other business units

Your Background

We believe you are someone who takes ownership and is driven by creating order and structure. You have a service-oriented approach, communicate clearly, and easily build trust within the organization. You enjoy combining operational problem-solving with long-term improvements.

Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

• Several years of experience in IT support or Workplace IT
• Experience leading or having overall responsibility for a support function
• Good knowledge of macOS, Windows, and modern SaaS environments
• Experience with identity and access management (Okta, Entra ID, or Google Workspace)
• Experience with endpoint management (Jamf, Intune, or Kandji)
• Good understanding of networking and modern workplace solutions
• Experience with ITIL or similar methodologies is a plus
