Are you an experienced ServiceNow developer with experience in operationally leading a team? Then you have found the right place.

Our client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow developer who also has experience in operationally leading a team. The client works with the platform's overall health, integrations, CMDB/CSDM, Employee Center, Performance Analytics, and acts as support to other administrations within the ServiceNow area. The platform is used by over 20,000 employees. The client's goal is to create valuable and simple interactions for all these users. The client's administration and development teams are geographically dispersed and based on product areas.

Some of the tasks

• Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, Integrations, etc.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in workshops and dialogues with business/customers.
• Participate in architecture discussions with the aim of building long-term solutions.
• Plan and analyze operational and development activities the team needs to perform.
• Participate in roadmap work.
• Understand the business and be able to translate and estimate solutions in ServiceNow.

Consultant Profile

The consultant will be challenged by complex issues and is expected to collaborate and create valuable development for the client.

Since the client works agilely, it is important that you thrive in this working method, take initiative, and are helpful and service-minded. An analytical mind, natural curiosity about technology, and the ability to work with both details and a holistic perspective are highly valued.

The assignment is for approximately 6 months with the possibility of extension. Location: Solna.

Requirements

• At least 9 years of experience in development in the ServiceNow platform.
• Relevant academic education or equivalent experience.
• Completed ServiceNow upgrades.
• Implemented ServiceNow or one of its modules.
• JavaScript.
• CSDM & CMDB.
• Worked with administration, troubleshooting, and incident management.
• Broad experience from integrations.
• Had workshops and dialogues with business/customers.
• Experience in operationally leading a team.

Desirable

• Experience with On-prem / Self-hosted work.
• Certificates within ServiceNow (e.g., Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist, etc.).
