We are now looking for a baker with a strong passion for the craft of making sourdough bread from scratch. Since 2009, we have been baking authentic sourdough bread using organic, locally produced flour from heritage grain varieties in our small bakery on Kastellgatan in Gothenburg.
We constantly strive to deliver high quality throughout the entire process and never compromise on our ingredients. All sales take place directly over the counter, meaning you will work closely with our customers. We value responsibility, a strong service mindset, and the ability to thrive in a small team.
