We are now looking for a Work Supervisor for Day Activity, Block 1, within the Care for People with Disabilities (OF).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Day activity is intended for people with disabilities of working age who lack gainful employment. As a work supervisor, you are an important support, and the work involves creating a meaningful everyday life for all participants in the day activity together. The work involves being able to work in a planning and driving manner independently, but also in good cooperation with colleagues. The work also involves working according to basic hygiene routines and being able to perform all tasks within nursing care. Lifting, aggressive behavior, and solo work occur. Working hours are during the day.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are educated as a nursing assistant or have other education that the employer finds equivalent. It is meritorious if you have formal education directed towards disabilities as well as experience of similar work.

You have good knowledge of low-affective handling and sign support, as well as good knowledge of LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and SOL (Act concerning Choice of Residence for Persons over 65). You also have knowledge of different diagnoses within the autism spectrum and within clarifying pedagogy.

You are confident in yourself, structured, creative, and have good cooperation skills. You have an inherent drive and are independent in solo work. You have an interest in participating in new ways of working and methods while also developing and planning the activity. You are flexible and can quickly adjust your planning due to changed conditions. You are good at creating and maintaining relationships. The employer places great emphasis on personal suitability.

A B-driver's license for manually shifted vehicles is a requirement.
