Your upcoming role

The Production Support role is responsible for ensuring a well-functioning material supply within SJ Stockholmståg. As a warehouse employee, you ensure quality-assured warehouse management and that the transport of materials to the depots incurs the lowest possible logistical cost. You will work in the Maximo system support, where you will, among other things, handle deliveries and pick orders.

Other duties include:

• Participate in the depots' planning and production meetings
• Monitor and secure materials for planned production at the depot
• Pick / deliver to the ordering unit
• Inventories - control counting of stocked items
• Perform unloading and loading with counterbalance forklift

The position is full-time and based at our depot in Bro, but work at other depots may occur as needed. The role may involve evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Expectations of the candidate

To succeed in this role, it is important that you feel confident in yourself and your role. You are willing to take responsibility for your work even when things don't always go exactly as planned. We believe you are communicative and service-oriented, as you will have daily contact with other depots and other internal contacts.

Furthermore, you have:

• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• At least two years of experience working in a warehouse environment
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Forklift license A1-A4-B1-B4
• Category B driver's license
• Good computer skills

The following are considered meritorious:

• Previous experience with Maximo
• Forklift license B6
