Night Staff Needed for Private Psychiatric Residence in Båstad

Hagagården is a private psychiatric residence in Båstad offering both short-term accommodation and accommodation with special support (LSS). We work with a person-centered approach where safety, participation, and individual support are at the core of our operations.
We are now looking for night staff who are passionate about caring for our residents and creating a safe and supportive environment. The role includes, among other things:
- Nursing care and supervision of residents during the night
- Support for anxiety or sleep issues
- Alarm handling and documentation
We are looking for you who have a strong interest in providing caring and secure support to individuals with psychiatric challenges. A calm and empathetic approach is crucial in your work.
