Are you a responsive team player who wants to combine personal development with meaningful work? At Tannefors Security Housing and Home Care, you will become part of an engaged team that makes a real difference – right in the middle of Linköping's most beautiful walking routes.

We are now looking for new assistant nurses who want to become part of our wonderful team. The positions are permanent employment with 100% engagement. Your working hours will be scheduled during days, evenings, and every other weekend. Your efforts are crucial in creating a meaningful and secure existence for our elderly, and we look forward to welcoming you to our engaged work group!

As an employee at Tannefors Home Care, you will become the permanent care contact for our customers and be responsible for designing and following up on their implementation plans. Your presence and engagement contribute to creating a familiar and secure atmosphere where care and service are offered in line with the customers' wishes.

The work includes both social interaction and practical care tasks. You work closely with nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists in multidisciplinary teams to ensure that every user receives the help and services they need. We work based on IBIC (Individual Needs in Focus) and a salutogenic approach, which means we focus on bringing out the user's own abilities and focusing on health.

Your workplace

At the Health and Care Administration in Linköping Municipality, there are approximately 1,200 permanent employees and a large number of temporary substitutes. Linköping Municipality has long and well-established experience in care and support for our elderly citizens.

We operate from our central security housing and move on foot or by bicycle to our users in Tannefors and Hejdegården. Here you get a fun job with great variation, from social activities to qualified care in customers' homes. The security housing consists of 36 apartments, a restaurant, and a meeting point where activities are arranged most days of the week.

You who apply

We are looking for you who are trained as an assistant nurse. It is an advantage if you are trained as a specialist assistant nurse. We want you to have experience of work or practice within care, support, and social services.

The work in elderly care involves a lot of customer contact and documentation, which means we have a requirement that you can communicate orally and in writing in Swedish. We see it as an advantage if you also have knowledge of sign language. You have the ability to use digital tools in your work and you can cycle. If you also have a B driving license, it is seen as an advantage for the position.

We are looking for you who are self-reliant, responsible, and have the ability to see the world through others' eyes. You are a good listener and spread security around you. You can collaborate effectively with others and are clear in your communication.
