About the workplace

Food and premises care belong to the Community Development sector and consist of four geographical areas with a total of approximately 70 employees.

We are now looking for a premises cleaner for Svanesund and Ellös. The position is a fixed-term assignment of approximately 4 months, with a possibility of extension.

Your responsibilities

The role involves performing daily premises cleaning with high quality according to current cleaning routines in nursing homes, schools, and preschools, as well as kitchen duties at the preschool.

Rotation between workplaces and a flexible working approach are part of the daily routine.

Since the work is performed at customer sites, it is important that you are attentive and customer-focused. The work is mobile and varied.

About you

This job is suitable for you who want to take personal responsibility and work with premises cleaning and service. You thrive with varied tasks and plan your work independently.

Vocational training in premises cleaning (e.g., via Pryl) or other relevant education is meritorious, as is previous experience in premises cleaning.

You are engaged, have a high level of service, and treat customers, colleagues, and others you meet in your professional role with respect every day. You collaborate with others to complete tasks and achieve goals, and adapt easily to changing conditions. You can handle multiple tasks in parallel if required.

You have a holistic view, are flexible in your work, see opportunities, and take initiative to drive the business forward together with your colleagues.

You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have computer skills. Working hours are 06:00–15:00. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Other information:

Working hours/duration: Full-time, fixed-term assignment of approx. 4 months with a possibility of extension.

Salary: Individual salary setting.

Start date: According to agreement.
