About the workplace

In the South Home Care area, a team of nurses works with a strong focus on the patient. We operate from newly renovated premises on Landskronavägen. Soon, one of our colleagues will go on parental leave, but we have chosen to offer a permanent position to the person replacing them during the temporary vacancy.

Job responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you work to enable individuals to live as independent a life as possible. You will assist in assessing the individual's condition and take action based on that assessment. You collaborate in teams both internally and externally to meet the individual's care needs. As a nurse with us, you are responsible for supervising and delegating care staff, as well as supporting other professions in the team.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with good knowledge of current legislation, such as HSL, SoL, and LSS. You need to have good computer skills and experience with documentation. A B-class driver's license is required. Previous experience working in home care is an advantage.

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in working with people and meet each individual based on their needs and wishes. You should be confident in yourself and comfortable working independently and supervising others. Furthermore, you are a driven and solution-focused person who is used to prioritizing your tasks.
