We are now looking for a Process Operator for our production in Söderfors! We offer the opportunity for stimulating work in an international company.

About the role

Do you want to be part of an operation where quality, collaboration, and technical development are in focus? Then this might be the job for you.

As an operator on the Material Line in Söderfors, you will work with the further processing of our steel through various processes, including forging, rolling, heat treatment, straightening, and turning. The work is varied and gives you the opportunity to develop both your technical competence and your understanding of the entire production flow.

You will be part of a self-managing work group where you together are responsible for carrying out the work in a safe, efficient, and quality-conscious manner. The group collaborates to achieve set production goals and actively contributes to continuous improvements in the business.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a genuine technical interest and a desire to develop together with us.

We would like you to have:

  • A valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Technical education at the upper secondary level or equivalent experience (meritorious)
  • Previous experience from industrial operations (meritorious)

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month probation period. The work involves shift work.

Requirements

  • A technical interest
