About the role

We are looking for you who are a ventilation technician and who, with curiosity and commitment, are ready to take on your next challenge. As a ventilation technician at Newsec, you will work both independently and as part of a team.

You will join a team within design and OVK (Annual Ventilation Check) that is part of the Project & Engineering department. You will become part of one of two teams with friendly and versatile colleagues, ensuring you always have support in your daily work. The recruiting team is newly established in the organization to increase growth and offer broader competence and resources within Newsec and for our customers, primarily focusing on OVK, OVK measures, climate investigations, and balancing. In addition to the team itself, we work closely with property managers, project management, as well as energy & environment, giving us breadth and many opportunities.

Your task is to handle planned ventilation work and fault reports, where you will, among other things:

• Perform OVK and work on measures following OVK
• Install small ventilation systems and components
• Service, maintenance, and cleaning of ventilation systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ventilation systems
• Balance and regulate air flows
• Document work and report results
• Collaborate with other professional groups and interact with customers
• Create and maintain good customer relations by being accommodating and professional

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months, located in Stockholm.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working with OVK, measures, and service work for at least 3–5 years.
• Several years of experience as a ventilation technician.
• Knowledge of control and regulation systems as well as monitoring systems.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and basic knowledge of English in speech and writing.
• General computer proficiency.
• A valid B-class driver's license.
