Our client in the concrete industry needs to expand their workforce and is looking for new employees for their carpentry shop. The workplace is located in Falkenberg Municipality.

The work as a formwork carpenter involves building, assembling, and adjusting molds for the production of prefabricated concrete elements. You work from drawings and are responsible for ensuring the molds maintain the correct dimensions and quality before pouring. You also prepare the molds by assembling the details that are to be cast into the concrete, such as outlets, fixings, and other components. In your work, you use both hand tools and various machines to process and adjust materials, making the work varied and efficient.

We are looking for you who have experience in formwork construction, carpentry, construction, or other practical craft work. If you have previously worked as a formwork carpenter, it is an advantage, but we also welcome you with experience from similar roles where reading drawings, precision, and practical work have been a natural part of daily life.

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious. You have practical skills and enjoy working both independently and together with others. You are solution-oriented, have an eye for detail, and contribute to good teamwork. We also believe that you have a high safety awareness and thrive in a production environment where structure, quality, and efficiency are important parts of the work.
