You will:

• Cook most meals from scratch.
• Plan, order, and perform self-control according to HACCP standards.
• Maintain the kitchen, clean, pack, wash dishes, and serve our younger and older guests.

You must have:

• Good proficiency in spoken and written Swedish.

A valid extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record register must be presented prior to employment.

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Education as a cook in restaurant and large-scale kitchens (3-year program) or at least 3 years of experience working as a cook and/or other education/experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Experience working in cold and hot kitchens.
• Good cooking skills in cold and hot kitchens, as well as knowledge of special diets within schools and elderly care.
