About the Assignment

Our client is a man with visual impairment and balance issues who needs help and support in his home. He needs assistance with all transfers and enjoys walking with you for support. For longer walks, he uses a wheelchair and needs support during hygiene situations. He needs help preparing food and drinks and handling the dishes resulting from cooking.

He also has a hearing impairment, meaning he thrives best in quiet environments.

The man lives in Hägersten/Solberga. There are good transport connections to get there, but it is suitable if you live within walking distance.

Your Qualifications

• You should be a calm person with clear speech.
• You must be able to assist the client safely during transfers.
• You have the ability to see what needs to be done and appreciate cleanliness.
• Experience with visual escorting and transfer support is advantageous.
• Experience in pushing a wheelchair is also a plus.
• You enjoy cooking, preferably with an interest in Kurdish cuisine.
• You must be at least 160 cm tall.

About the Job

Approximately 2–3 hours per day, 12:00–15:00, Monday to Friday.

According to the Act on Register Control and God Omsorg’s policy, anyone working with minors must present an extract from the police’s criminal and suspicion register before employment.
