About Särnmark

Särnmark is one of Sweden's oldest companies within personal assistance, founded by the current owner in the early 1990s. We work based on a clear and stated value base, and our primary driving force is to create the best conditions for individualized personal assistance based on each person's unique needs. Särnmark currently has over 3,500 employees, with customers and staff located throughout Sweden. Särnmark's headquarters are in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden.

The Role

This is a fixed-term position with night shifts every other week, 22:00–08:30, starting immediately.

About You

You will need good physical fitness as the role involves care duties. You are a calm person who does not get stressed easily, as the client may encounter acute situations. You are a non-smoker and have no pets of your own. At the parents' request, you do not have children of preschool age due to the child's increased risk of infection.

It is important that you can be discreet, adapt to the family situation, and respect all other family members. We are looking for someone who is calm, discreet, unpretentious, meticulous, and enjoys working with children.

The client hears well but communicates using sign language, which you will learn on the job. Knowledge of TAKK (Supporting Communication) or sign language is an advantage but not a requirement. However, you must be able to hear and not have hearing impairment, as you need to listen to the client's breathing to ensure clear airways.

You will receive an introduction on-site from the parents or other staff. Start date: ASAP.

Other Information

You will work in the boy's home in Farsta/Blåsut and at Kungsholmen where he attends school.
