About Us
Sympati AB provides high-quality supported living services to over 850 individuals in the cities of Stockholm, Solna, and Lidingö. Our goal is to strengthen the individual's independence, participation, and quality of life through professional and respectful treatment.
About the Position
We are looking for a full-time supported living worker with duties on weekdays and every other weekend. The work involves providing individually adapted support to people with various needs in their home environments.
You will primarily work in City–Northwest and visit clients at various addresses. The work is independent and requires good structure, flexibility, and the ability to build trusting relationships.
Responsibilities
As a supported living worker, you support clients in their daily lives based on decisions on social services and implementation plans. Duties may include:
- Motivational and pedagogical support in daily life
- Support in social contacts and community engagement
- Planning and structuring daily activities
- Documentation according to current routines
- Collaboration with relatives and other professional actors
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Has education in social work, healthcare and care, or other equivalent education.
- Is confident in working independently and taking responsibility for your work.
- Is empathetic, responsive, and communicative.
- Has a pedagogical approach and the ability to motivate others.
- Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Merits
- Experience working in psychiatry.
- Experience working within LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments).
- Additional language skills beyond Swedish and English.

Scope: Full-time (100 %)
Employment type: Permanent position (probationary period may apply)
