Bodysmith for our Damage Center, Helsingborg

Bildeve is looking for an ambitious and dedicated bodysmith for our damage center. We are seeking someone who is positive and engaged, while placing great importance on delivering quality in their work. You will be part of a team consisting of our bodysmiths and painters.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform damage repairs.
• Document completed repairs.
• Conduct quality checks on your own work as well as that of your colleagues.

Special Responsibilities:

• Participate in 5S activities and take responsibility for your own area.
• Actively contribute to improvement work by reporting deviations.

Are you the right candidate?

You are an experienced bodysmith. If you also have knowledge of the Caroliner alignment system and Cabas, we consider this a merit.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you are goal-oriented and proactive. You have good collaboration skills and are adept at building both external and internal networks. As a person, you are responsible and meticulous.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and, together with your colleagues, you constantly strive to deliver high quality and satisfied customers.

What We Offer

As a bodysmith, you will be certified according to Volvo's competence program.

The Position

This is a permanent position located in Helsingborg. Working hours are scheduled from 07:00 to 16:00. We offer work in an exciting environment with excellent opportunities for personal development.
