We are looking for an experienced sushi chef for our family-run restaurant in Hässleholm.

We are looking for you who have experience working as a sushi chef, are meticulous, responsible, and have a genuine interest in Japanese cuisine. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have good teamwork skills, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare sushi and other Japanese dishes according to the restaurant's menu.
Prepare and handle ingredients such as fish, shellfish, rice, and vegetables.
Ensure high quality, good hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen.
Be responsible for order and cleanliness at the workplace.
Participate in planning and preparations for daily operations.

Qualifications:

You must be able to communicate in Swedish or Vietnamese, both orally and in writing.
Experience with food hygiene and self-control is an advantage.
You are service-oriented, meticulous, and can work both independently and in a team.
