NIBE is now recruiting staff for our production facilities in Markaryd, where we manufacture heat pumps and water heaters. As a production employee, you will be an integral part of NIBE's production process, manufacturing products in accordance with our high quality standards. You will work in teams, collaborating closely with your team leader.

About the role

We are currently recruiting staff for our production lines.

The work schedule is based on a two-shift system, with day shifts possible. The majority of tasks are performed on a piece-rate pay basis.

Does this sound like you?

You are practical and enjoy working with your hands. You also possess strong teamwork skills and value quality while striving for efficiency. The assembly work takes place on a production line where you work at a station among others. This makes collaboration essential, as you will mostly work in teams. You must have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Previous experience in assembly is considered an advantage.
