The role includes cleaning offices, stairwells, and entrance areas, emptying office waste, window cleaning, and maintaining cleaning carts and floor scrubbers. Previous experience in cleaning and a driver's license are desirable but not mandatory.

About Unit Atlas Copco Tierp

At our unit Atlas Copco Tierp, located between Gävle and Uppsala, we are a team of five employees dedicated to keeping Atlas Copco's premises clean and fresh. We work both independently and in groups. It is important that you are attentive to the customer's needs. Working hours are between 06:00 and 15:00, depending on the area you are working in for the day.

Since we work in a factory environment and prioritize everyone's health and safety, you must complete their safety protocols.

Who are you?

• You are over 18 years old.
• The requirement for the position is that you hold an SRY professional certificate or similar education (e.g., PRYL or equivalent).
• You have experience working in professional cleaning.
• Experience with floor care is a plus.
• You take responsibility for maintaining a high service level throughout the day with your positive attitude.
• Good service is important to you; a smile and eye contact are second nature.
• You recognize your impact on customer satisfaction, are positive, stress-resistant, and easy to collaborate and communicate with.
• You can take initiative and are flexible in your professional role.
• You enjoy planning and structuring your work to ensure efficiency.
• You speak Swedish.
