To our new client in Bålsta, we are looking for engaged and service-oriented cleaners for ISS Special Group.

About the role

The work involves specialized cleaning, specifically high-altitude work in our client's warehouse facilities. As a cleaner, you and your colleagues play a vital role in ensuring the overall experience in the client's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You will work on cleaning special assignments in the client's facilities.

The position is full-time and permanent, with an initial six-month probationary period. We may also seek part-time employees at a lower percentage. There will be varying working hours.

A approved security clearance is required for employment.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who enjoy working at heights and have a strong commitment to service. You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. This means you should have a high service level, a good overview of your cleaning area, and be able to come up with suggestions for improvements for the customer. It is important that you are sensitive to the customer's needs. You have an easy time building good relationships with both customers and employees. In addition, you have the ability to collaborate as the work can be both individual and in a group.

We would appreciate it if you have experience from service professions or industry experience. It is important that you master the Swedish language. A driver's license is meritorious.
